BFG Supply, a technology-enabled distributor to the green industry, has acquired Green-tek, a provider and manufacturer of greenhouse components.

20 Warehouses
The combined company operates 20 warehouses across the US and Canada, totaling more than 1.3 million square feet.

Over the last twelve months, they acquired dba Greenhouse Megastore, a distributor of hobby and commercial greenhouse structures and related products, as well as DeCloet Greenhouse Manufacturing, a manufacturer of greenhouse structures and related components.
